An Astigmatism is a curvature of the cornea or the lens that affects the way that light rays that enter the eye are refracted. This causes blurry or distorted vision.
Hyperopia, or farsightedness, is when you can see objects better in the distance than objects close up.
Myopia, or nearsightedness, is when you can see objects better close up than objects in the distance.
Presbyopia happens is when you lose the ability to focus on objects close up as you age.
These refractive errors are generally corrected using prescription glasses that will improve your vision.
